Lindy lands hardest in roles where someone is drowning in inbox-and-calendar admin — exec assistants, founder ops, customer-success leads. The pre-built agents for email triage, scheduling, and CRM hygiene work well enough out of the box that non-technical operators get to value within a day or two.

The Google Workspace integration is the moat for the segment Lindy targets best. If your stack is Gmail + Calendar + HubSpot, multi-agent handoff and context-passing genuinely work. If your stack is more heterogeneous (Slack-first, Linear, custom CRM), you'll feel the gap to general-purpose platforms.

The credit math is the standard caveat. Heavy multi-agent flows can chew through credits faster than the pricing page implies. Plan to start on a lower tier, measure actual usage for two weeks, then size up — most teams dramatically over-budget on Lindy because the pricing model rewards efficient agent design.
