Krisp's noise cancellation has been best-in-class for years; that part of the product is undisputed. The AI meeting features (transcription, summaries) added on top are competent but feel like a bundle rather than a focused offering — especially against Granola or Fireflies, which are AI-first.

Where Krisp wins: distributed teams in messy audio environments where noise cancellation is the bigger pain than meeting notes. Construction-site Zooms, coffee-shop sales calls, kids in the background of every WFH meeting. The audio cleanup happens before the meeting bot hears anything, which means downstream transcription quality also improves.

For teams whose audio is already fine, Krisp's bundled AI doesn't differentiate. Pay for Granola or Fireflies for the notes; pay for Krisp if audio quality is the bottleneck. The combined Krisp Business at $15/seat is a legitimate value when you actually need both layers.
